Shooting for two gala diners for Christmas and New Year’s Eve 2019.

The Victoria Angkor Resort & Spa is one of the iconic hotels in Siem Reap and it was such a pleasure to be the events photographer. The focus was to document the events from the hotel guests entering the gala venue, the guests dinning, during the gala shows, etc. These shootings brought me to the candid photography which was one of the whole point of my previous and long traveling journeys in South East Asia – photojournalism photography.

For such shooting with many guests I’m wearing my t-shirt ‘Julien Thomas Photographer’ so I’m sure that everything is clear with the client guests and that I’d be able to take picture of them with some kind of cooperation from them.
